My "Aha" moment about micro-learning came when I realized that this could be called "Lazy Learning". The attention span for many people is lower than it once was, plus the working memory has limitations, so learning in short bursts allow for better processing of the information.

This style of learning is changing the way we learn because it doesn't take up much time, so it may not even seem like you're learning at all. Every article one reads, or every DIY video they watch, they are learning in one form or another.

Lazy learning (as I am now calling it) doesn't have a classroom setting, or any rules attached to it. It can be done anytime, anywhere, right from your smart device. This will make learning more efficient in a time when lives are busy, and technology is dominant.
